Greg Rucka continues to take the Marvel U by storm and is making THE PUNISHER one of the must read books.  After another legendary collaboration with writer Mark Waid on THE OMEGA EFFECT crossover that ran through AVENGING SPIDEY, PUNISHER and DAREDEVIL last month, Rucka gives us a perfect jumping on point for new readers with a fresh story arc.  Just like Frank, this series is methodical and will hunt you down.
